The BIKETOWN annual report, issued by BIKETOWN system owner the Portland Bureau of Transportation, highlights how we made bike share even more fun, convenient and accessible in 2018. Last year we lowered costs to members, expanded the service area and introduced 5 new design bikes into the BIKETOWN family through the Community Design Challenge.
BIKETOWN For All, our plan for Portlander’s living on a low-income, added 326 new members in 2018 and we introduced Pay-It-Forward, offering a way for current members to cover the cost of new BIKETOWN For All users first month of dues.
