Start your ride from the BIKETOWN station at SE Ladd and Hawthorne.
Follow SE Ladd across Division Street and onto low-traffic Clinton Street for a pleasant ride.

Continue along and cross over to the funky and eclectic Hawthorne District before turning West and completing your loop.

The total distance of the Eastside Neighborhoods & Greenways ride is 4.2 miles, which takes most people about 30 minutes on a BIKETOWN bike.
If you want to take a longer ride, consider heading back West and turning right onto the beautiful new Tilikum Crossing bridge across the Willamette River. Or you can pick up the Vera Katz Eastbank Esplanade for a scenic ride up the East Side of the river. Additional pricing info here.
